I spent a couple of hours in the shop yesterday morning – it was my first visit after seeing it advertised in the Rowan subscription magazine. I figured I’d pop in for a quick look and walked out again 2 hours later after chatting with Ann about all things yarny! I will certainly be going again and can thoroughly recommend the experience.

Hi Tracy, sorry for the delay. Yes we do run workshops on crochet for beginner’s – unfortunately they are full at the moment. But soon I will be putting together a new list of workshops. They will be on our facebook page and website so keep your eyes on them 🙂

Found you via Cambrian Wools. Wished I lived a little nearer than Pontypridd as yours looks a fantastic shop. I suppose I could always send my friend Gill shopping (she lives in Mold) If you have met Gill, I’m the one with the Craft space in the attic. Best Wishes.

Hi, I drove past your shop today. There’s a lovely teal blue shawl in the window. What is the pattern for it?

Hi Lucy, sorry for the delay. Was it a triangular lace shawl? If so it’s Flukra by Gudrun Johnston, if it was the crescent shaped lacey heart shawl it is Calon Cariad by Kath Andrews. Hope that helps 🙂

Looking for the following items.
Clover swatch ruler and needle gauge or similar. WPI card which I think is for measuring the fineness/thickness of yarn.
I am not the knitter .
Can Yarn O’clock provide?

Hi, I have the Knit Pro view sizer, which has a ruler and a gauge on it. Unfortunately I don’t have any WPI measures.
Hope this helps
