  5. I spent a couple of hours in the shop yesterday morning – it was my first visit after seeing it advertised in the Rowan subscription magazine. I figured I’d pop in for a quick look and walked out again 2 hours later after chatting with Ann about all things yarny! I will certainly be going again and can thoroughly recommend the experience.

  6. Hi do you do lessons in crochet ..as i would love to learn have tried you tube but cant get my head round it i need to be shown by someone …i need a hobby thanks for reading

    • Hi Tracy, sorry for the delay. Yes we do run workshops on crochet for beginner’s – unfortunately they are full at the moment. But soon I will be putting together a new list of workshops. They will be on our facebook page and website so keep your eyes on them 🙂

  7. Found you via Cambrian Wools. Wished I lived a little nearer than Pontypridd as yours looks a fantastic shop. I suppose I could always send my friend Gill shopping (she lives in Mold) If you have met Gill, I’m the one with the Craft space in the attic. Best Wishes.

    • Thanks Elizabeth, I am sure Gill will be happy to shop for you, and do come and visit when you’re in the area. If there is something specific you want I can always post it out to you 🙂
      Thanks and all the best.

  8. Hi do you do mail order I need rowan breezed

  9. Thanks for help today. Can’t wait to get started and see how the mix of Rowan haze and silk go yogether. Will send photos from Patagonia! Regards

  10. Lovely window display on Saturday Anne, the colours are beautiful. Looking forward to finding the time to drop in and investigate the fingerless gloves you have on display. 🙂 Joy

  11. Hi, do you sell Needle Felt wool

  12. Hi, I drove past your shop today. There’s a lovely teal blue shawl in the window. What is the pattern for it?

    • Hi Lucy, sorry for the delay. Was it a triangular lace shawl? If so it’s Flukra by Gudrun Johnston, if it was the crescent shaped lacey heart shawl it is Calon Cariad by Kath Andrews. Hope that helps 🙂

  13. I was visiting from the U.S. and thoroughly enjoyed hearing about all the different yarns and picking out something local to bring home with me!

  14. Thank you for sending the pattern, it arrived without any issues. I look forward to getting started and hopefully bringing in the finished shawl to show you soon.

  15. Looking for the following items.
Clover swatch ruler and needle gauge or similar. WPI card which I think is for measuring the fineness/thickness of yarn.
I am not the knitter .
    Can Yarn O’clock provide?

  16. Thank you Anne,
I’ll call in after Bank Holiday

  17. What an amazingly fabulous shop full of great yarns. So spoilt for choice – but I managed. Thank you for a great chat about socks!
